PodPro.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps personalized jewelry sellers create custom message cards, manage product listings, and integrate with third-party services including Canva, Shopify, and Shine On for design editing, publishing, and fulfillment.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including message card text, uploaded images, and product listings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Platform: The Service, its original content (excluding your content), features, and functionality are owned by PodPro.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our AI-generated suggestions and templates are tools to assist your creative process — the final products you create are yours.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms including Canva, Shopify, Shine On, and Templated.io. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

When you authorize a third-party integration, you grant us permission to exchange data with that service on your behalf as necessary to provide the requested functionality. You may revoke access to any integration at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate message card text, design suggestions, and background images. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before using it in your products.

8. Fees and Billing

The Service is currently available in beta with free access. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, credits, or subscription tiers in the future. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes. Your continued use of the Service after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodPro.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
